1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qqee platform, including the official website, mobile app, and all related services provided by qqee to its users in Malaysia and any other permitted regions. This document is written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian members.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the qqee platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please cease use of the qqee platform immediately and contact our support team for an orderly account closure.

These Terms operate alongside qqee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the comprehensive agreement between you and qqee.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use qqee services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not residing in a country, territory, or jurisdiction that prohibits the use of qqee services.
• Register in your own name — not on behalf of another individual or legal entity.
• Never had an account closed by qqee previously due to a terms violation.
• Not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion gambling program.

QQEE reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance purposes. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of the account.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) qqee account. Owning more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts along with the forfeiture of balances and wins held in those accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for keeping your account information current. Should any of your personal details change, please update them via account settings or contact qqee customer support.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and qqee account login credentials.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including the qqee support team, who will never ask for your password.
• All activity occurring through your account is your sole responsibility until you report unauthorized access to us.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact qqee support immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

QQEE supports a variety of Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other online payment options. All deposits are credited to your qqee account instantly upon payment confirmation from the payment service provider.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same name and payment method registered to your qqee account. qqee does not accept third-party payments on behalf of members and will not process withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered member.

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the promotions update page and your account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.
• QQEE reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals to ensure transaction security.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account level and VIP status.
• Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized withdrawal will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Funds in your qqee account will not earn interest. QQEE reserves the right to decline or suspend any suspicious withdrawal request pending completion of an internal investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotions

QQEE offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including deposit bonuses, cashback, rebates, and VIP rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated in the respective promotion terms.

• All bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only, for the lifetime of the account.
• QQEE reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the expiry of the validity period without compensation.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the qqee platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited testing body. This ensures every game round is fair and free from any external influence.

For Live Casino games, game outcomes are determined entirely by a human dealer operating in real time. Any decision made by the dealer is final and cannot be disputed on technical grounds unless there is clear evidence of a procedural error.

• Wins obtained through exploitation of software bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform will not be paid out and will be investigated.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any technical aids for gameplay is strictly prohibited.

7 Member Responsibilities

• You are responsible for playing within your financial means and not wagering money you cannot afford to lose.
• You agree not to use the qqee platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• You are responsible for reporting any suspicious activity you observe on the platform to the qqee team.
• Use of a VPN or location-masking methods to access qqee services from restricted regions is prohibited.

8 Account Restrictions & Termination

QQEE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or confirmed evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Ownership of more than one qqee account.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or to submit the requested documents.
• Abuse of qqee platform bonuses or promotions.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward qqee support staff.

In cases of account termination due to fraud or serious violations, the balance in that account may be fully forfeited. For account closures at the member's own request or for reasons not involving fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the member upon completion of review.

9 Liability Limits

QQEE provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, qqee cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

• QQEE is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions, system failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• qqee is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of the platform through your login credentials.
• Any game result that has been calculated and confirmed by the qqee system is final, unless a proven technical error exists.
• qqee's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

QQEE reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal compliance, or changes in platform policy. Any amendment will take effect as soon as it is published on the official qqee website.

Members will be notified of significant changes via email, in-account notifications, or notices displayed on the platform's homepage. Continued use of the qqee platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised terms.
